Starting Lineups: Nike And Kobe Bryant Embark On Their 7th Tour Of China

Basketball never stops. Even for the man with 16 NBA seasons under his belt, 5 world championships and 2 gold medals.

Nike and Kobe Bryant touched down in China for their seventh tour since the Black Mamba signed with The Swoosh. Kobe made three stops in Jinan, Wuhan and Guangzhou, China, this past week in partnership with Nike's “Find Your Greatness” campaign. Kobe exclusively worked with young players, coaching them up and mentoring them while leading them to find their own greatness through basketball.

“Greatness is about working hard, greatness is not only shown on the gold medal stand, greatness is also accomplished when you work hard everyday.” - Kobe Bryant

One thing's for certain, Nike's investment in China has been a consistent, winding journey. Much like Kobe's career. Will we ever see a non-big man emerge from the Far East? The game of basketball continues to grow into a global game, and I can't wait to see what it blossoms to be. Check the photos below for more on Kobe's journey in China.
