You know Christmas time is officially here when certain things come back into your life. That same fake Christmas tree that gets pulled out from the nether regions of the garage. Or the smell of delicious homemade mac and cheese and sweet potato pie. Maybe even seeing multiple family members that you haven't seen in ages and they share the craziness that's going on in their life that makes your life look tame in comparison. Well, Nike Basketball seems to have entered into our scheduled Christmas traditions by unveiling new and colorful kicks for their three biggest stars on the roster on Christmas Day.
LeBron James, Kobe Bryant and Kevin Durant will all have new colorways of their signature shoes on full display on December 25th, each with their own twist for the holiday season.
- The LeBron X gets things going with the dynamic green and ruby red getup.
- The Kobe 8 System is styled in red and yellow like a rhinoceros viper, with the design resembling a Christmas garland.
- The Zoom KD V is inspired by Durant receiving a video game system as a kid. The upper, sockliner and tongue all get styled with 8-bit love.
All three Christmas kicks will be available in limited quantities at select retail stores and Nike.com on the day after Christmas, just in case Santa Claus didn't get you everything you wanted on Christmas Day. Check the gallery below for more detailed looks on all three shoes.
